Get ready to gear up for adventure. UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders must be received by 12pmET Monday-Friday for same day shipment. Expedited orders placed after 12pmET will ship the following business day.

Note: Tuuci Gear reserves the right to use any shipper. Tuuci Gear orders placed for items marked as freight delivery are not eligible for free shipping. Please see freight delivery.
Items marked as freight delivery require transportation via freight truck. This option will be automatically selected during checkout and shipping rates will be reflected upon checkout. Please note that delivery of the item may take up to 10 business days from date of order confirmation. We are currently not offering expedited delivery for any of our products that qualify for freight delivery.
Once the order is confirmed and ready to be shipped, a representative from the freight carrier will reach out to schedule a delivery time. Signature is required during time of delivery. Freight shipments cannot be left at the delivery location, therefore ensuring someone is present is highly important. If for any reason the shipment cannot be delivered, you are responsible for any return freight charges.
Freight shipments are delivered curb side. The carrier is only responsible for delivery of the shipment to the property. The carrier is not responsible for taking the item to a location inside the property or inside a building.
Tuuci Gear offers free UPS Ground shipping (UPS Ground Saver for AK & HI) on qualified orders of $50 and up shipped within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories outside of the contiguous United States, including American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

We offer free returns for refund on apparel items only, provided the items meet all criteria below:
After completing a drop-off for a return, it may take some time for the item(s) to be transported to our returns processing facility. Once we receive the item(s), Tuuci Gear reserves the right to inspect the items against the detailed return policy criteria. If we do not receive the expected products and quantity submitted, or if the detailed return policy criteria is not met, Tuuci Gear reserves the right to not accept the return.
If the return is accepted, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once received at our returns processing facility. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
If the store credit option is selected during a return, store credit is available immediately upon Tuuci Gear receiving the item(s). A credit will be posted to your profile and can be viewed under account balance. The credit balance is available for six months from credit date. Note that this credit is only available for use on products for sale on tuuci.com/gear. When prompted for payment during checkout, simply apply the account balance.
